• £25 Discount for bookings of 2 weeks during High Season.
• Bookings are Saturday to Saturday and rates are for cottage per week.
• Max. 6 persons.
• No pets and no smoking permitted.
• A deposit is payable at time of booking, and is not refundable if booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of holiday.
• Keys can be collected after 3pm and property must be vacated by 10am.
• Please leave the cottage in clean and tidy condition.
• The cottage is in a particularly peaceful location. Please respect neighbours' rights to peace and keep noise to a minimum.
• Shorter lets may be possible by arrangement, if property available. Please call to discuss.
• Prices are inclusive of Oil, Electric, and Gas.
