This charming 19th century cottage enjoys a unique waterfront location, literally on the shores of the Dornoch Firth. At the end of a quiet road (Balnabruach), yet only a few minutes walk along the beach to the peaceful, picturesque village of Portmahomack, in the Northern Highlands of Scotland.
Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, colour tv, dvd, video, stereo music system, wi-fi internet connection, with linen and towels included. Bring your own laptop and favourite tunes, binoculars, fishing tackle, and golf clubs.

Not sure we can return to MoDhachaidh because of the horrible feeling that we have when it is time to leave.

Our 3rd visit and "third time lucky" we saw the dolphins, absolutely fantastic! This REALLY is a fabulous place to stay, it just gets better and better.

WE HAD ALONG JOURNEY TO GET TO PORTMAHOMACK BUT IS WAS WELL WORTH IT. EVERYTHING AT THE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC,SEA AT THE BACK AND WONDERFUL FARMLAND AT THE FRONT.WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE OYSTERCATCHER WHO HAS NESTED ON A PILE OF STONES HAS HAD ANY CHICKS HATCHED YET?
